to Hokkaido, to visit the Snowfestival in Sapporo. When departing I was able to shoot a nice picture with Fuji-san in the background.
As expected the temperatures were around 0 degree celcius. But Japanese women don't seem to care about that in the least.
Some of the snow and ice sculptures were really impressive.
I was a little schocked, when I ran across this shop:
But of course I also tried local specialities:
My favourite highlight was the olympic ski jump arena:
Most schocking was what Japanese people do to the German language sometimes:

Hast du das wirklich gegessen? Wenn ja dan werden Ebru und ich nie wieder mit dir knutschen.Ebru mußte schon fast vom Anblick des Bildes kotzen.

die skulpturen sehen fast aus wie beim schneegrillen im wohnheim, leider hat es ja hier zu wenig schnee ;-)
